Welcome to Pius XII Catholic Elementary School!  I am so delighted to be the incoming principal of this amazing school community and I look forward in getting to know each child and their families this school year.  Within the walls of this building, you will find caring staff who put student safety and learning at the forefront.  We help our students develop a moral compass and a set of values that will enable them to become responsible, contributing members of their community as well as critical thinking, compassionate global citizens. We are a Kindergarten to Grade 6 school, offering programming in English, with the options of Core French and Ojibwe for students in Grades 4-6.

At Pius XII, we are proud to offer an education that is rooted in our Catholic faith and support students on their spiritual journey.  Our faith is at the core of all we do.  The staff at Holy Redeemer Church support our students, staff and families as we journey through our Catholic education together.

In our inclusive and equitable learning environment, we appreciate the gifts and talents of all students. We use these gifts to leverage the development of the mind, body and spirit of every child so they may reach their own potential. We are proud of our beautiful school community and have high expectations for each and every student. Our students are kind, compassionate and resilient. Together with our dedicated staff, we strive to make connections with students to help them feel valued, accepted, and safe. Our overreaching goal at Pius XII is to encourage active student engagement to foster a love for learning.
